Allow Society members a free rest at the Lowerdark camp

Small request, but it'd be cool if the dialogue for this guy changed if you were in the Society to some ambient "hey bro what's up" and an offer of a free rest at the camp.

Hopefully they'll have enough rations to supply all the freeloading Exile Collective that'd head that way.

Would be OK if it still used your own food, just a campfire thing like at Shagga.
