Constant crashing

Hey there, I figured I should make a post about this and see if anyone knows a fix.


I seem to keep crashing during pvp with multiple players, specifically when spells are in play.


I use Windows 7 not sure if that matters.


Maybe it's bad internet? Maybe too many players? But it's never had this issue before.

Just to check some of the basics,
what are you running it on?
Are you using windowed mode?
Graphics card, and drivers recently updated?
Any other strange happenings or noticeable impact before or around it happening (Stuttering, frame rate dropping, etc)

Windows 7, I am in windowed mode, and my drivers are updated.

Nothing strange really, just seems to randomly happen. I'll keep you posted if I see anything.

Your tlk file and spell 2da in the override folder and/or you using the efu launcher? That could be an issue if it's just spells bugging, or something.

Today and tonight I've had no issues, maybe it was just the amount of players online and in the same area.

I find nwn crashes just.. at random at times. Its not always predictable, but I think windowed mode may be your problem. I rarely have crash issues unless i'm alt tabbing out of full screen mode. and then it crashes when I come back.
