Make Paper Notes (and Perhaps Other Placeables?) Persist Through Resets

I realize there are likely technical limitations to this but I thought I'd suggest it anyway: Make it possible for paper notes (and other placeables like signs, catapults, etc.) persist through resets. It can be a bit of a bummer to take some take creating notes, placing them around a few places, and all of that work to be erased when the server has to reset/crashes earlier than typical. Perhaps give them a real time duration of 48 hours?

You can place notes on bulletin boards and they will stay forever unless you remove them. =]
