Twice I have bid you to do this, that we may discuss ways to enact real and meaningful change in this ailing city. And twice you have opted to caterwaul over the Bellows in some misguided attempt at playing the populist hero.

This is the third time I make the offer.

Get your fucking act together and reach out for a proper talk. Or write to me. I really do not care, so long as you do something productive, you washed up fop. You have the ear of two Legates. Take advantage of this.

If I have to sit through another bout of your drunken rambling in spite of repeated attempts to help you, I am going to find you and break your bloody hands. Then I am going to flip a coin to decide if I should break your jaw as well.

You are very annoying, and not in the pleasant way.

Tell me, are those laborers at the Quarry, hauling stone for twelve or more hours a day, to only make twelve dinari going to fall under this criteria? Is it the sign of a more diligent heart to behead a few goblins for five hundred dinari per hired hand, than to strike the earth for your lavish diets?

The day we realize this unfair divide in society's hardest workers, is the day we move forward. Take care for those whose skill falls in labor and the crafts, and not the sword, and we shall prosper. Soon they will have enough, and swords do not feed people.
