A proverbial immunity in given permission to transport message or cargo.

This would place your company in a more favorable position to be at the disposal of Ephia's Government while broadening your private services resulting in two additional revenue sources.

If your writ is secured by both Legates and one ends their term it would take a combined ruling of both legates to undo your Writ, ensuring your company a degree of sustained support from Ephia's government to continue your new "Premium" services.

That is not to say you would immediately race to smuggle contraband to the enemies of Ephia's Well but as a sign of your company's success and fealty...with due negotiation with Both Legates and considerable charity. It is after all the nature of Izdu's teachings that such charitable offerings necessitate that allowances may very well be made.
