Per your request I've compiled a dossier. A dozen potential considerations as well as some initial thoughts on their pursuits, their reputations, and otherwise possibilities.

Lady Shabani, Deputy Chief Scribe al-Samar

Lady Nasreen Shabani: A Wizard whose place in the Baz'eeli social circle unquestioned, and her own time in hosting festivities and game nights in Palm Heights even reached our ears in the Golden City.

Perhaps a mutual kinship could be forged, but moreover so further a social call could lend unexpected response

Deputy Chief SCribe al-Samar: An avid gambler herself, she's the sort to follow as one might expect the typical protocols of tipping the host or dealer, engaging fellow players in table talk, and more. Ultimately though the influence of the Rose and the disruptions to the flow of the Outpost's business, including her own quarrel with Legates in the Past, would undoubtedly lead to a favor for more level head.

Furthermore as she has an army of Voiced Scribes at her disposal, influence with her could potentially tip matters among her Scribes.

Scholar Jamileh Attar, Baeleri Buletta

Scholars in their own ways, Scholar Attar intends to run in the Primaries but the two of you could indeed have a spirited contest. Furthermore she favors political connections from her long tenure in the City and the boardworker community.  In any other situation I would dare say the two of you compliment each other very well, so much so that she tends to keep Human hours to your more Ashfolk oriented late evenings. If either you or she is bested in the Primary it could very well suit for a Prelate situation. Though I know neither of you would seek the other to drop out of the primary for such. You have an overlapping since of both pride and purpose. She feels she must pursue the seat out of civic duty, but if you were to take her as an Advisor after the Primary it could serve you quite well.

Baeleri Buletta is an Herbalist with a recently acquired interest in Tlonssya's herbalism space. Though she is a Dunewalker and traveler of the city, as a Voiced she is a more private person favoring private business. If you were to approach her with kindness however it may lend to your favor.

Edmund Lothere, Nessia, Bran, Maqqari, Garen

Edmund Lothere, though he has his history with the White League, has taken place among the Gold League. A man of principles, and, as you saw last evening a penchant for pockets full of sand. However If he proves to not win the Primary, he is known to be spirited and hold a grudge. He may be amenable to approaching

Nessia, Bran, Maqqari, Garen - Individually they have their own desires and interests but they have formed the Deepdelvers, a collective akin to the Ring Running Companies of old. Nessia is a robust archaeologist of sizeable collection. She has such in the Tablet to avoid overly much taxation but she is of the White and favors the Stonefolk's company. Bran keeps property in the Tablet likewise, though has also become recently enamored with Nines. Maqqari is a Student of Sandstone College primarily placing his workings into storage and their warehouses there. Garen, though serving as Legaet Faith's Prelate, is forthright in his dealings.

Approaching any one of them with their interests in Archaeological works, Boardwork, and the Summer Palace below in mind, though it can be wildly dangerous, may prove fruitful.

Wizards Orin Vossar, Ramez Sohby

Alchemists and Wizards and more can be a difficult thing to read but both are sympathetic to many efforts of Ephia and have resisted the predation of the Accord for their talents - which speaks to a degree of their independence. Orin is engaged with the alleged "Ladder Mafia" pursuing him, however as an owner of property in both Palm Heights and in the "Wizards Club" he has a sphere of influence that may be worth courting. Ramez is a wildly prolific Alchemist who came highly recommended to me by other voiced. He is sympathic to the White League cause and seems to favor his independence.
