A letter is sent, seperately to both Garen and Vellyn seperately, each. Alchemical examination of the letter would reveal residual traces of a Foxes Cunning potion likely being imbibed at the time of writing.

With the assassination of Legate Faith it comes to my attention that the matter of personal security of the person of our Legates is woefully neglected. I seek to remedy this failure. An armed bodyguard present at all times is known to dissuade lone attackers even as lethal as the Lordcutter may be for their ability to impede escape.

The Banda Rossa would be able to provide such services to you. Until a contract is formalized I am willing to make myself available at request to defend your person inside or outside of the Well with full understanding of the risk this entails.

Bluntly put? I will die defending you if that's what it takes to gaurentee your safety in the coming times. I will be taking pains to get into contact with our leadership in order to facilitate the necessary paperwork required to execute this contract proper. In the meantime, you may call on me.
