Within the Purple League Office a very fine wooden tray is left. Carved from rich kulkundic redwood with minimal alterations to keep the rich scent and natural colors. A showpiece for certain for what is essentially an in-tray for inter-league correspondence.

League Members,

To begin my membership in the League it seemed only prudent to try and improve communications but also announce the undertaking of a wonderful celebration.

In pursuit of expanding both Cultural and Festive affairs among the Colony, Recluta Flint Warrens has reached out for my consultation and assistance in bringing forth a celebration to Palm Heights. An Open-Air Garden Party, "Palm Nights", in which we shall be offering forth a litany of wonderful offerings and a stunning showcase of just what the Purple League has to offer. A full transformation of the entire Palm Heights district into a multi-faceted engagement. Fashion, Artistry, Dance, Cuisine, Wine, and more providing a robust display of the League. Offices opened, Properties explored, opulence on display. Rooftop terraces transformed into delightful conversation spaces, and I'm certain something wonderful can be done with the Fountain.

And of course - The more fashionable one's attire the better.

Recluta Warrens has begun broaching the subject of the lovely Illydo at the fashion show in Ramieton, as all know the fashion shop has been a resplendent addition to the district. Vizier Aurelio has informed that one of their newer students has already agreed to perform. Newly raised Legate Garen's Casa Manta, and others are of course famed for their Palm Heights cuisine.  Wine shall be imported for the celebration, and more.

Enclosed I offer a drafted appraisal for consideration. We may discuss this matter at the upcoming Purple League Meeting. Should League coffers not wish to be tapped it is a broad opportunity for the successful League Members to cover the cost who wish showcase their charitable spirit and the fruits of their success on display for all to see.

While those of the White League tend in dreams, and those of the Gold League in crass opportunism, a showcase of how the Purple deals in majesty.

Estimation of Cost

30% - Hosting and Coordination, to be split evenly between Recluta Warrens and Ruital ibn-Kharim
15% - Music and Performances. A portion to the Balladeers Student but also an open call to be raised for Dancers, Performers, Painters, Sculptors, and otherwise. Perhaps even a display from the Astronomers?
10% - To be spent on Catering, Casa Manta's esteemed Haknar or Recluta Simon or others.
10% - To be spent on the importing of Wines from Baz'eel from my family Vineyard.
10% - In charitable offering to the Sultan's Fourth Legion for additional patrol for the event.
10% - The Scribes of the Sublime Garden to serve as wait staff and attendants.
5% - To Palm Heights Property Owners for showcasing their offices, properties, and more.
5% - Discretionary Marketing Costs (Bellows, Flyers, More).

Total sum: 20,000 Dinar. Though of course more is ever better.

League Members,
As we approach the upcoming meeting, to come after the Assembly, I have made arrangements for a plethora of delights and treats and splendors to be imported. But a taste of what is to come for the Gala.

Do be certain to attend the upcoming Purple League Meeting. There shall be both imported wines and a collection of pastries - Honey and Almond Crepe, Choux a la creme for those who do not favor nuts, Fruit Cake soaked in Got Valdhazr Brandy for those who wish something a bit more lavish, and more.

And of course for our members who prefer not imbibe spirits, a small sampling of imported Baz'eeli Blushwhorl Elixir for a more heady and floral delight.

Merely because one finds themselves upon the dangerous frontier does not mean one cannot enjoy all the Capital has to offer. And as dedicated members of the League of Purple you shall have full sampling of offerings before the public may enjoy them at the Gala.
