If I ask my spider friends to live in the spires. They could spin silk. Then you could be the warlord of silks. All you would need to do is feed them all the monsters you kill and I will teach them not to bite you.

this sounds like a cunning and exciting plan but I don't know if Knud the Spiderfarmer is a glorious title. Let's focus on the destruction of Qa'im and keep the means quiet.

Otherwise I agree, there's not many choices anyway, most Ephians are scared and dull to do anything substantial so we are doomed to be allies! For even a bad path forward is better than NO path forward.

And the corpses left behind should definitely be eaten before necromancers of Baharu get their hands on them. Only makes me think, what to do with the bones!?
