Deputy Chief Scribe Aaisha,

I have some suggestions regarding the current penal code; no additions, just amendments.

Penal Code 10. (Vigilantism)
Recommend for removal, any actions that would be covered by this law would already be covered by other laws.

Penal Code 11. (Desecration)
Recommend the minor charge be changed to serious, theft from the deceased is a major infraction in the eyes of The Martyrs. The rule of law should reflect this.

Penal Code 13. (Unsanctioned Broadcast)
Recommend for revision. Spreading damaging or dangerous information should be covered within its own law- one that extends beyond the scope of an "unsanctioned broadcast". Additionally, Seditious Speech and Releasing Sensitive Information should be removed. As you are familiar with Argent, such a law could curtail any attempt of individuals (with conscious) from exposing injustice.

Penal Code 23. (Election Fraud)
Recommend for renaming. Election interference.
