I believe we have enough evidence now to bring in Phaedra Shobalar in on Capital charges for Conspiracy for her involvement with the Kulamite Cult and her direction of Valeria in the case of:

- The assassination of Legate Faith
- The assassination of Hakem Khalid
- The attempted assassination of Hakem Korinthus.

I'll be glad to discuss the details in person, I would request that upon your reviewing of the evidence that we place an immediate bounty on her and the Fourth Legion issue a warrant for her arrest.
