MS/Hide bug in Lairs

I figure this is a bug, but if it is not, just lock it- The wilderness bonus for hide and move silently does not work in lairs (at least for druids). These are the caves that are certainly in the wilds and also the path under the mountains.

Slightly a bit Off-Topic, but related anyway, so I wont make a new one.

The Ranger +4 Spot/Search/Listen doesnt work outside the Zig, by the gates, but the +4 Hide/MS from Trackless Step does.

Perhaps also intended, perhaps not!
