Sewer disease.

After walking through the sewers and getting spammed with fortitude saves until I failed my character contracted a disease that reduced charisma. This effect continued to strike about 3 or 4 times a round lowering the charisma score by 1 each time without a save until it quickly hit 3.

After a server reset I have logged back in and the effect started over from my full charisma score (no save at all this time) and reduced it to 3 in about 10 seconds. I don't remember the name of the disease that originally struck.

It continues to spam an effect every 2-3 seconds as if I'm contracting another disease. Also, it does not appear as if my character is diseased but simply losing charisma non stop. There is no disease tinted health bar or anything like that.

It's called corpse blight plague and curing it works. Sorry for any confusing, the effect still seems buggy however!
