Oranges Collection/Delivery Quest

Last night I finally found that pesky orange tree. I clicked on it once, and got the oranges, continued the dialogue, and got two more journal updates. When I checked my journal after the two additional entries the log entry read (the still active quest) "You have found an elderly lady and delivered oranges" or something to that effect, basically it was the quest complete entry, for the quest I hadn't turned in yet.

Mind you, I could still complete the quest, but the journal entry was mildly confusing at first.
