Odd Stat Bugs

My character Alfonse Edmundo for some reason has his dexterity decreased by one. I did not know if it is related to taking a perk, but when I played him before, I did not notice that stat bug. He took this perk.

Eunuch:
You were castrated in your youth in order to perform a social function… how lucky. (Male Only)
- Bonus: -1 Fortitude, +2 vs. Mind-Affect, +2 Concentration.

And another character of mine, Bethany Johnson, for some unexplainable reason has her wisdom reduced by 2. Yet, it is not displayed as a stat loss, and is white, like a regular stat. I am pretty sure that I had a higher wisdom, as with the given stat points, it should be impossible to have ability scores that low. Again, I am not sure if that is related to the perk I have taken or some other problem.
