Transition is only one-way

The transition from the ziggurat to the gypsy camp that holds the QA placeable for the Observatory quest is one way.

You can transition in from the Ziggurat side into the camp, but on the Gypsy camp side of things there are blockades still preventing you from returning that route. Forcing you to go through the docks and ruins instead.

These barricades should be removed so the transition becomes two-way again.

it's blocked on purpose as far as I understood. Shouldn't be available from ziggurat side?
