I know the Old Vale didn't let us rest anywhere in the actual woods. You have to leave the main vale before you could rest. However, considering the new setting, it seems appropriate that wilderness resting be possible somewhere near by.

So I'm going to assume that we are suppose to be able to rest in the wilds with oil, and the fact that we cannot, is a bug. Feel free to correct me.
