Lately been getting a weird status in the combat log that I don't have the perk for something, though I don't know what exactly.

"You don't have the perk to use this"
It's happened sometimes while walking, others during scripted quests. I haven't been doing anything that I thought was perk specific but the notice keeps appearing.
