EFUSS Skill Points Disappearing

Since my last PC death and respawn approximately 2 days, 5-10 of my efuss skill points have disappeared.  I know you lose skill points if you lose levels.  I have since gained back the  levels and went to redistribute and found there were many spent skill points missing, though I was given the appropriate number of efuss skill points upon gaining a level.
