Remove Curse Bug

You don't lose a level through Withering reduction. If you do, that's a bug.

If you are near a level, using any remove curse spell or item will drain your level back to the previous one. There was some mention of a fix for this, however I personally have never seen it working. This is currently bugged, as per Talir's statement.
