Automatic Quest Sendings

The automated quest sendings' are starting to become out of date. Within the last day, two removed quests have had sendings calling people to do them. The Watcher's speaking of the orcs breaking through the mountain pass (orcs1), and the Privvy quest.

Figured I'd make a note about it somewhere.
