Respawn point respawning you to the wrong place

I selected a lair(cavern) in Foothill path as a respawning point, and after the server reset, my character respawned at...an Underdark lair! I've been brought back to the surface by Jayde Moon, but if the bug is still there, it would be good to have it fixed. Thanks!
