Forger Perk and Caermyn coins

My character's name is Perin Vickten, and I recently took the Forger perk a few resets ago. From the description, I thought that I would be receiving randomly generated citizenship papers and a license with every reset- I received them when I first picked the perk, but no change from reset to reset.

Also, my character recently joined Caermyn, and I seem to be receiving a Caermyn coin with each reset since they were implemented. I don't think that's supposed to happen.

Since the change to Coins and Keys, over citizen papers, this might be what was intended. Although I'm not sure why you'd be receiving fake coins and not fake keys.
