Harvesting Anguished Roots, Trogs quest

Doesn't seem to be working. After succeeding the heal, lore, and farming rolls, I didn't receive anything and could initiate the dialogue again.

I can second this.  Succeeded in the Heal and Lore and farming check, (I got lucking with the rolls...) but nothing in inventory.  (I didnt' try to reiniate the dialog)
