If I relog I appear naked, which is frightfully awkward and I also keep getting something which says You cannot use an unidentified item whenever I change areas.

It seems to apply the heavy armor feat of the perk after log in, so your armor is always going to unequip and your mist double in rabbanatha is always going to be naked.

The drawback of playing this perk is public nudity.

Also everyone can negate the dmg with 5% dmg immunity

That isn't a bug Damien.

The punisher perk is not all that strong after you actually make one.

It only really looks good in theory and in no magic duels.

When you wear any armor or wield any weapon of a proficiency given by a perk, it'll be unequipped. Nothing I can do about it.

The unidentified messages are unrelated but I don't know why it says so.

5% damage immunity does not negate the perk benefit.
