Prob with character

My character, Sebastian WIZ, upon reaching 4th level, cannot choose invisibility or ghostly visage as a spell choice.  I've chosen them before at 4th (had to respawn a few times) and can't now...why?  Thanks.

He's either already memorized the spells via scrolls, or has a spell school specialization opposed to the Illusion school.
