Troglodyte Quest bug

At the end of the Troglodyte Quest there is an option to heal a tree in order to harvest a tuber if you pass three checks: Healing, Lore, and Farming. However after doing all three successfully it does not yield any reward whatsoever.

PC was Gonen Chozeh, level 6 Wizard
