Spider quest randomness

Did the randomness of this quest get broken? I only see one specific quest and ive done it like 100 times over multiple pcs. I never see the drow one or the small spider one now.

I threw an undead orc through the diseased spiders a week or two ago, lots of fun. Random is just random.
