Nybor's Gentle Reminder not working

Hey!

I don't know if this has been reported before. Whenever I cast Nybor's Gentle Reminder, it wasn't firing, calling for a DC, doing a VFX or anything. Thought I should report it.

Was level 5 Sorcerer (Mesmerising)
Had Spell Focus: Enchantment at the time
