Slim caden's quest not working.

I can't seem to take this quest.

It says 2-4 levels and party size 1-5, but with a level 4 pc alone or with a group, I cannot take it.

Might be Water Genasi LA related?

I -think- this is caused by simply attempting to take the quest while another person/group is already mid-way through, yet no "Another group has taken this quest" popping up in the combat window like all the other quests. I've had the same PC of mine attempt to take this quest, not being able to, then during the same reset being able to take it on a later occasion.

Guess I should have bug-reported that. <_<

And level adjustments do not effect quest level range requirements on EFU.
