Reoccuring bugs Yuan-Ti quest

I noticed a few bugs that seemed previously fixed;

The Sorcerers and Amazons attack one another.  (Faction issue)

The totem poles no longer shoot acid.

The chest the drops the spoiler item seems to be breakable, so groups entering after the first might not get it.  (Suggesting to make it indestructible)

For some reason today, I went from uninfected by the planes to infected by the planes within this area.
