Blast of Flame can be scribed and cast by a wizard with prohibited conjuration

I was learning spells from scrolls gathered from before reaching level 7 and also learned Blast of Flame. Then I realized it was Conjuration (my PC's opposing school) and I should not have been able to learn it. I tested casting it, that works too.

Perhaps the school is Evocation despite the description?
