Bugged herbalism table

I was using a persistent herbalism table and it bugged out after doing a few recipes.
It was giving a divide by zero error a round or so after giving me the "the ingredients start to come together" message.
After a few of these, it told me that I'd critically failed, had put in too many ingredients, and could have a grey Render now.
I don't know why, but looks like the "and now make the lookup on the results table for this combination" bit wasn't happening, so the script never ended any of my attempts to create a recipe. It just took them all as the same thing until it thought I'd put in too much stuff.
I then went to the Clockmaker's Tinkering Lab and that was working fine.
