Darkskull does not award Prestige

Did it with a full group of Peerage Citizens, all but 1 of which was a Retainer to a House. No prestige was handed out on completion to anyone.

Oops.

Well - fixed, although it will only give favour to the PC who turns in the head. So I guess PCs can fight over that until / if we make a change.
