Weaver's Guild Bug - James doesn't recognize you & allows you repeated sign-up

As the title says, James from the Weaver's Guild doesn't recognize you joining the guild and lets you sign up, over and over.

You can't make use of the resting space within the Weaver's Guild Office.

Also, as a suggestion, because I couldn't fit it all into the title- can we get a pull chain that locks the door from the inside and a summoning bell?
