Still named a 'Colony Guard' and still wearing the same uniform, whereas Derthor on the same tier of the Ziggurat was updated. Seems to be an small oversight.

The guards near gobsquat are still in the old uniforms as well

The man on the northern face by the brazier, wearing the cloak and wielding the greataxe, is still called Colony Guard, yet wears the new uniform.
