At 1347 hours PST, the Spotty Peerage Brat quest was missing its second transition into the quest area where the coins, scavenge, and monster is typically located. I logged in an out twice, and  nothing changed.

Not certain if anyone else has experienced this either.

Was this immediately after a reset, per chance?

Negative, the server would have been up for three plus hours.
