Rogue Fortune Teller Perk vfx not triggering

Hi,

I believe the minor Rogue perk Fortune Teller was supposed to use some kind of special vfx while using the tarot deck provided by the perk, but that does not seem to be happening.

The VFX only triggers on the unique options provided by the perk in the deck's menu. -- That being said, it would be much nicer if it applied to the first few as well, once you pick up this perk
