Default Crafting Menu

When using the crafting menu on my character Melvin Helter, fighter human male auxiliary faction; I get the NWN default menu that allows customization of armor.  Perhaps related to the recent update or maybe due to my character not loading its hide properly.

Everytime he logs in, I get an error message.
