Sanctuary Medal Display Case - Locked

I'm not sure if this is simply a work in progress that's not available yet, or if it's a bug but the medal display case in the House of Governance near the map of Sanctuary is locked. I'm assuming one is meant to be able to click it to view the medals within similar to the displays in the house of knowledge.

You assume wrong :D  The case is meant to be locked.  The Medals will all be viewable here in the forums.

Oh, alright. I noticed my PC's dark lake medal had custom text so I assumed this was going to be used to show off the various medals as they're issued. Oops.
