healing domain

I started a cleric with the healing domain and it doesn’t seem to be granting me the Empowered healing and I know at second level I do not have Cure moderate wounds in my spell selection.

My deity does have the healing domain in the choices, the PC is the correct alignment for the deity and I have recently re-downloaded the 2da pack.

So I guess this is a bug maybe?...

According to this you should have it regardless of what domain you have. On a side note healing domain just sets all healing spells as if they were empowered. So cure minor heals 6 HP instead of 4. (Which would be the 1.5x modifier for all empowered spells)
