not a big deal thomas... as it stands others can take the quest even when your in it, untill that is fixed, fixing the cancel on the quest wont really do anything.

Other people can and WILL enter your quest if you're still in the middle of it. The rings reset and you can no longer get the end-quest XP.

One guy walked in on me during that quest and I wanted to kill him so bad!

You can. There's no NPCs in the area.

The most annoying bug around... Both for those who walk in and for those who are in the process of solving the puzzle... I say while it's not solved, people oocly leave a small object by the quest giver's feet, a shell or a gold piece as a sign of 'do not disturb'.

what i usually did was, after a long non-reset, if the gnome was looking forward, she most likely had just let someone in; if she was looking toward the door, someone has just come out...

but i like ranek's idea as a courtesy
