Broken transition?

My character Solace has been trying to get through the transition in the upper half of the west side of Island - Colony - Warden's District to the Ziggurat without success. In the other direction it worked fine. I suspect a broken transition, though it may be that the Zig is simply trying to keep halflings out. >_>

It's a broken transition.  Tried using it today, and only worked leaving the Zig, would not let us in.

Oh, my PC is human, so the halfling has nothing to do with it.

Transition from ruins to Duchy at the arena area does not work. The way between docks/duchy.

Not sure about the other from duchy to gobsquat, I have not tried.

edit: Though I got no idea what version is going atm.

The same transition I initially reported broken now seems broken again, and in the same direction. I blame evil Vista gremlins.
