Mechanical Ranger Changes

All the bonuses a ranger gets (except the favored enemy AB)

As in, +4 to listen search spot, 15% move speed bonus.

Are disabled in heavy armor, it does not state as such in the mechanics changes thread. So either the thread is wrong or the mechanic is based upon barbarian fast movement.

I think we all know what the easier solution is.
