Panju the Blind

My level 8 barbarian who otherwise fits all the requirements of Panju the Blind's mist quest cannot take the quest.  I am only given the "End Dialogue" option

I once had this bug also.

Same here.  Howland had to help me and I still couldn't do it from the quest giver.
