Goblin Cultist quest - no end boss

Hey,

Not sure if this is a recurring problem or not, but as the title suggests, there was no end boss to fight after wading through the early encounters of the Goblin Cultist quest.

Is there anyway to make a clickable to spawn the end boss somewhere in the end area on quests if there is not one there?  Or is this exploitable?

I am confident this was a one off situation. If a further instance occurs at a later date, it will be addressed. Thanks for the head's up though!
