I don't know if this is a bug, or if it's preventable or not. When you make a book using the whole 'make-your-own-book' fun kit. Its seems to work out okay. But when they're put in persistant storage, I think the variables or whatever might be reset. The titles remain, but the text within is reset to the blank book description.

I think a warning on the blank books description would be nice, if it's unavoidable.

It happens if you character dies too; so watch out for that - I just stick to writing important stuff on paper or the forums now, myself.
 
It uses a charge from the book too. and uses up scrolls.
