Hostile NPC

Today the Boat goblins turned hostile as I talked to them.
Not sure what happened, Kiaring suguested someone might have messed with the factions.

All NPCs in the area turned hostile to the characters present.

This was corrected by a DM after a few moments.

Not sure if it was a 'misclick' kind of thing, or an actual bug. It seemed like the former.
