Probably not a huge issue, but...

Earlier I spotted a Lone Traveller near two deer. I didn't pay him much mind and I was hunting, so I killed the deer. Afterwards I noticed that he had suddenly turned hostile. He didn't attack so I left him be, but it's something to remember: if you want to interact with these guys, don't hurt the animals. They don't like it.
