At level 5, the additional feat of two weapon fighting is NOT given. No additional feat at all, from what I see on level up.

It is probably given but not listed (sadly). In the future, I would suggest that LETO be used or something to actually give these feats from the perks so that things that other feats which require it can be taken and such.
